<p>Zesty, light-bodied Spanish white – with an eye-catching label and name inspired by the ‘paper dolls’ of the Las Falles de Valencia festival, when puppets, often made of papier maché, are paraded around the town.</p><p>Lightly floral, citrus aromas. The palate is gently fruity with citrus and green apple characters, and fresh acidity on the finish.</p><p>Grapes are sourced from Murviedro’s 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1500 that they control in the surrounding area. Produced predominantly from Viura grapes, blended with Sauvignon Blanc. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.</p><p>Perfect with paella!</p>
