<p>An inaugural wine by Modal in conjunction with their iconic producer Elodie Jaume, utilising some of her beautifully grown biodynamic grapes that would otherwise have gone to waste or been sold for considerably below it’s value. Medium bodied red wine with plenty of ripe fruit (raspberries and blackberries) some spice and a touch of herbs. Balanced acidity, and a savoury, food‑friendly finish.</p><p>The Elodie Jaume estate is a family vineyard located in the heart of the Rhône valley, in the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation.
