<p>ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITES</p><p>A biodynamically farmed blend of Merlot and Cabernets Franc and Sauvignon, from the sun-kissed fields of the South of France. It is made with the saignée method, giving the wine dense flavour concentration and a beautiful salmon pink colour. It has flavours of strawberry and cassis, along with a hint of red pepper, with a nice balance between fresh acidity and rounded fruitiness. A proper glou-glou wine, with aromas and a finish that having you calling out for another glass. </p><p>Domaine Entras is a family-run estate that produces wines, Armagnacs and mustard, established just after the end of the Second World War. Current owner Michel has worked to reintroduce practices linked to nature in the estate – converting the 29 hectares of vines and 60 hectares of cereal crops to Organic farming in 2017 and then Biodynamic farming in 2021.
