<p>ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITES</p><p>A biodynamically farmed blend of Merlot and two local varieties – Tannat and Cot – from the sun-kissed fields of the South of France. In the glass, it’s dark red in colour with hints of violet, and has aromas of black fruits, cassis and spices like cinnamon and clove. On the palate it has a sublime concentration of flavour stemming from old vines, with a nice fruitiness that is complemented well by bold tannins. A lovely wine that expresses its sunny French terroir perfectly. </p><p>Domaine Entras is a family-run estate that produces wines, Armagnacs and mustard, established just after the end of the Second World War. Current owner Michel has worked to reintroduce practices linked to nature in the estate – converting the 29 hectares of vines and 60 hectares of cereal crops to Organic farming in 2017 and then Biodynamic farming in 2021.
