<p>Esule Vermouth Torino The Jigger Society (75CL, 18.0% Vol.)</p><p>BOTANICALSAbsinthe, Gentian, Mace, Thyme, Marjoram, Dittany, Black Pepper, Nettle, Mint, Sage,Lavender, Ginger, Laurel, Licorice, Cinnamon, Bitter Orange peel, Lemon peel.</p><p>PRODUCTIONThe botanicals are infused in Italian alcohol for a period of 3 weeks, before resting with wine and sugar, before being bottled.</p><p>Excellent when used for mixing thanks to its strong and recognizable character but is also suitable for smooth service, preferably served cold.</p><p>Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within a month.</p><p>TASTEEsule presents a complex and decisive aromatic profile, given by a skilful use of highly fragrant botanicals and a quality wine. 100% Salamino grapes are used, which give the final product a very vinous flavour. The bitter notes of absinthe and gentian stand out on the taste, balanced by the warm flavors of cinnamon. On the nosethe fresh and herbaceous aromas of sage, bay leaves and lavender emerge, overall giving a decidedly new experience. </p>
