<p>Fruit for this wine comes from a parcel situated right next to Les Revenants – it’s a Revenants with Chardonnay!</p><p>Fruit is direct pressed and fermented mostly in stainless steel tanks, with a portion done in 300-600L barrels. 40 mg/L of sulfur used at press. Post-malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 20 months on its lees under cap prior to disgorgement. Disgorged in January 2022. Bottled with zero dosage.</p>
