<p>The Gran Cru Affiorato Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold extracted, and is an extra virgin of great excellence, refined, extremely fruity and light, of a superior category. </p><p>All the olives needed for the production of this Cru are harvested exclusively on the Galantino family estate, in the locality “La Fenice – Coppa Malva” in Trinitapoli. Every phase of production, from the harvest carried out exclusively by hand, up to bottling, is personally followed by Doctor Galantino. The annual circulation is limited (5000 numbered bottles) and is obtained solely with mechanical processes.</p><p>Excellent for dressing salads, excellent with baked, steamed, grilled or marinated fish, ideal for flavouring seafood salads, shellfish and delicate dishes.</p>
