<p>This is Riesling macerated on skins for one week before pressing off to age in old oak. Aromatic citrus blossom on the nose with plenty of texture and savoury depth on the broad, spicy palate. Fleshy yellow fruit, and honeyed characters that we come to expect from Alsace.
