<p>Made using açai berries from the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, a superfood rich in antioxydants and fiber.</p><p>We first make an açai distillate, and then do a slow reduction by adding fair-trade liquid sugar and demineralised water for a perfect balance.</p><p>Clear, purple-red. Intense ripe blackberry and raspberry jam aromas with a great balance between alcohol and sweetness. The palate is very smooth with pronounced blueberries aromas.
