The vines are planted with a southeast exposure on clay-limestone soil and are trained with a pergola system.</p><p>VINIFICATION: Thinning and soft pressing. Maceration-fermentation for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in French wooden barriques and aging for 6 months.</p><p>SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: Intense ruby ​​red colour; fruity, with notes of jam and cherry preserved in alcohol; spicy notes of licorice, aromas of vanilla and withered flowers.
