<p> Ferghettina Franciacorta Rosé Brut Docg 2016 Magnum 1.5 LT </p><p> Franciacorta Rosé, produced only with Pinot Noir grapes, combines in its taste characteristics the power of the red berry variety and the typical elegance of Franciacorta. For the production of rosé we select 14 vineyards located in 4 municipalities in Franciacorta. </p><p> Winemaking </p><p><p> The whole bunch grapes are vinified using the Marmoninier press, an ancient pressing system that guarantees maximum respect for the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape. Only the free-run must is extracted from the press. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 °C. The base wine rests in the tank until the spring following the harvest. </p></p><p> Tasting characteristics </p><p><p> Antique pink colour. Fine and persistent perlage. Very elegant aroma with notes of blackberry and raspberry.
