<p>Golden mahogany colour with complex, elegant aromas and a hint of oak. Wonderful depth and maturity on the palate. Fruity and elegant with a long, harmonious and warming finish.</p><p>Produced in the Jerez region of Andalusia, Spain. Only alambic distillates are used for Fernando de Castilla’s Gran Reserva Brandies. The distilled spirit is aged in barriques for 3 to 6 years before entering the ” Solera ” System, where it is then aged for a further decade. The exceptional Unico Gran Reserva Brandy comes from a lot of 15 barrels that were separated from the original Solera in 1972 and nothing has been drawn from this batch since . From the year 2000 onwards a limited number of bottles of this brandy are hand-bottled each year. The Unico has been aged for over 40 years in Sherry casks.</p><p>To be enjoyed on its own or at the end of a meal.</p>
