<p>Belgium’s finest.</p><p>Being one of the <em>oldest brands</em> in the World, the story of Filliers begins sometime towards the end of the 18th century in Belgium. <em>Karel Lodewijk Filliers</em> started the Jenever business on the family farm and ignited the passion for distillation that would continue for five generations! It was in the year 1928 that <em>Firmin Filliers</em> came up with the recipe for Gin with <em>28 different botanicals, </em>and it hasn’t changed since then. <em>Why change perfection, right?</em></p><p>The production was slow in the middle of last century as Whisky was a more popular choice of spirit, but in the last decade things have changed. The craft Gin movement is growing growing stronger, and now this legendary Gin returned its former glory. <em>Filliers Dry Gin</em> is a small batch Gin created in copper stills. It was infused with <em>28 botanicals, </em>in addition to juniper, to form the soul of this descent of Jenever a real tradition in a bottle! </p>
