<p>Classic dry sherry, produced by one of the most traditional bodegas in Jerez. This fino is aged in mature barrels for an average of four years, and bottled unfiltered straight from the lees. On the palate it is broader and more richly textured than most Finos or Manzanillas, with rounded, savoury aromas and flavours of nuttiness alongside tangy salinity. Yeasty and doughy notes with hints of brine.
