<p>One of the first ever English sparkling made in the Charmat method. This style comes from Italy and involves letting the yeast produce bubbles but in a tank rather than a bottle. This locks in the bright, crisp and juicy character of the fruit. Unlike other sparkling wines which require years of ageing, Charmat is lively, fruit-forward and meant to be enjoyed young.</p><p>Full of bright citrus, orchard fruit and floral notes, it’s crisp, clean, and beautifully balanced.
