<p>A vermouth made in collaboration with Les Vins de Barbichette</p><p>L’Amer begins with a vinification of Seyval Blanc macerated on its skins for around 10 days which is then fortified with a grape “eau de vie” we distilled which was then macerated with a blend of herbs, roots and citrus peels.</p><p>-Producer’s note</p>
