<p> Foursquare 2005 15 YO Barbados edition No. 2 – The Colors Of Rum (70CL, 59.1% Vol.)</p><p> Our second Foursquare offering was distilled in 2005 with pot and column stills. It is matured for 11 years in the tropics in a former Bourbon barrel. The barrel produced 272 bottles which we present in gold labeled bottles inspired by the vertical band of The Broken Trident, the national flag of Barbados. This rum has an alcohol content of 59.1%. </p><p><p> Colour gold. </p><p> Nose: A little sweeter style, perhaps a little fatter, with more orange liqueur.</p><p> Mouth: Delicious oranges with a minty touch plus a little cinnamon liqueur.</p><p> Finish: long, superbly jammy. Jam and drops of mint liqueur. </p>
