Francesca Romana follows fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C for 15 days. A wine aged 18 months in French oak barriques and 6 months in the bottle.</p><p>A glass that has an intense ruby ​​red color with reflections tending towards garnet. An intense aroma of ripe red fruit and spicy hints give rise to a bewitching and persistent bouquet on the nose. On the palate it is warm, rich and full of spicy notes, the tannins are ripe and velvety and give an intense and long-lasting flavour.
