<p>The Franciacorta Brut DOCG of Romantica represents an excellence in the Lombard sparkling wine panorama, produced in the eponymous recognized area of origin. This wine stands out for the expert use of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and sometimes Pinot Bianco grapes, carefully harvested in the lush territory of Franciacorta, characterized by an ideal climate and a morainic soil that gives freshness and minerality to the product. </p><p>After fermentation, the secondary fermentation takes place according to the traditional classic method, with a long aging on fine lees that guarantees aromatic complexity and a delicate and persistent perlage.
