Think about that for a moment —<em> nearly 750 years!</em> More than twenty generations… They started distilling a few hundred years ago and now nearly all of the fruit from their 316 hectare estate is planted with <em>Ungi-Blanc</em> grapes and used to produce Cognac. All Cognac spend <em>a quarter of their aging</em> in new Limousin oak casks, and the remainder in older casks to build character.
