Fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks at optimal and always controlled temperatures. The batches with certain characteristics are left to age in French oak barrels. Before bottling, a mild filtering is carried out which allows to remove any small impurities. Here Sangiovese, a vine that finds one of its highest expressions in this area, gives rise to wines that enchant those who let themselves be seduced. The wines that are produced, once poured into glasses, make us imagine the charm of the territory of which the sun, the soil and the man who cultivates it are the founding elements.</p>
