Native ferment in small oak barrels; no fining or filtration. Brut Nature, disgorged Jan 29, 2025 (moon day, waxing moon). Only 1,230 bottles made.</p><p>1 bottle limit per customer. Wine arrives the end of June, 2025. </p>
