<p><em>It’s as if classic London Dry Gin had a winter fling with a luscious tropical Mojito in Miami. </em></p><p><em>Generous Gin </em>is owned by a relative newcomer to the distilling revolution: <em>Creative Spirits – O de Vie SAS </em>located in the small hamlet of <em>La Rochefoucauld </em>within the <em>Cognac region of France. </em>They began as a small producer of <em>Arcane French Rum </em>just a few years ago, but business has been good and their reputation for craftsmanship has spread. The company has since branched out to Beach House Spiced Rum and their <em>newly released Generous Gin. </em></p><p>This is about as ground-floor-opportunity as you can get. The first bottles of <em>Generous Gin </em>just hit the market a few months ago and people are buzzing. <em>Don’t tell Uncle Flaviar we told you, but you should get a few bottles now before the price spikes … ‘cuz it always does on the good stuff! </em></p><p>On the outside, the bottle looks like it was plucked from a <em>Ming Dynasty </em>palace of fine porcelain. Even the shape … classic, yet new … exotic, yet familiar. It’s really nice. On this inside you will find a <em>“generous” helping of botanicals. </em><em>Juniper … well duh! </em>But interestingly, the juniper takes a back seat to citrus zest, elderberries, and blood orange. You will also get a <em>whiff of lime, pepper, </em>and other fruits. It’s as if classic a <em>London Dry Gin </em>had a winter fling with a luscious tropical <em>Mojito in Miami. </em></p>
