<p>Georges Laval, an early organic pioneer in the Côte des Blancs, crafts this terroir-first Champagne from Premier Cru vineyards in Cumières. The base wine is fermented in neutral oak with native yeasts, aged on lees for approximately 18 months, and disgorged with zero dosage. It’s a blend of roughly 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Meunier sourced from old-vine, south-facing plots. The palate is precise and energetic, framed by citrus, chalky minerality, and fine lees texture. Bottled without fining or filtration and with minimal sulfur, this Brut Nature is both vinous and bone-dry. </p>
