<p>Particular variety that expresses sensual and fragrant notes, mainly due to the microclimate in which the grapes grow given the great temperature range to which they are subjected from day to night.</p><p>In this way a savory wine is born, characterized by notes of elderflower and exotic fruits.</p><p>On the palate wonderful notes of white pulp fruit, very long with a good acidity that does not stop drinking. Excellent when served with unripened soft cheeses or an aperitif.</p>
