<p> Gin Ginepraio Bio Tuscan Dry Gin (0.5L, 45.0% Vol.)</p><p> Ginepraio is the organic London Dry Gin that speaks Tuscan. Born from the collaboration between Levante Spirits and Distillerie Deta. We brought it to life using a discontinuous copper still that we affectionately call Lapo.</p><p> In naming it we were inspired by the old adage “getting yourself into a thicket” (also reported on the label with the dictionary definition), an informal way to describe a complicated situation from which it is difficult to escape.</p><p> The same one we ended up in during the search for raw materials, all rigorously certified, Tuscan and organic. Starting from the base alcohol, which comes from wheat grown in the Mugello area; while the seven botanicals, including juniper, dog rose and helichrysum, come from the Maremma, from Val D’Orcia passing through Chianti.</p>
