<p>Macaronesian Gin is produced in the island group called Macaronesia, of the Canary Islands. The name also includes other Atlantic islands and archipelagos, including Cape Verde, the Azores and Madeira.</p><p>The different botanicals used to flavor this excellent gin are totally indigenous: juniper grows abundantly and spontaneously on these islands, while the source water is filtered drop by drop from the volcanic rocks that make up the Canary Islands landscape. </p><p>The water has a strong minerality and helps make Macaronesian Gin, extremely delicate and soft.</p><p>Excellent to enjoy neat as well as being perfect for creating fabulous cocktails.</p>
