It is made using a number of botanicals, including Sicilian pink grapefruit, Italian juniper and rhubarb, lemon and coriander. The infusion takes place in alcohol and the distillation takes place under vacuum using stainless steel stills. In the glass it has a pale pink color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it expresses a delicate aroma of pink grapefruit and citrus fruits, notes of medicinal herbs, delicate spices and hints of white flowers.
