<p>Germany meets Portugal.</p><p><em>The Germans</em> are in no way behind anyone when it comes to the production of tiptop, craft Gins. <em>Altonaer Spirituosen Manufactur</em> started distilling their Gin only back in 2013. <em>Stephan Garbe</em> the father of Gin Sul had a great summer on the Portuguese coast that had to involve lot’s of G&T’s, where he got the idea, that he would love to produce a Gin with a Portuguese twist to other Gin enthusiasts. Add other great botanicals from around the world to that recipe and pure, clean water from ancient underground springs of<em> Lüneburg Heath near Hamburg</em> and you’ve got yourself a Gin that turns heads!</p><p>The unique component in this drink is <em>Portuguese Lemon</em>. These almost grapefruit-like Lemons grow on the coast of Vincenta, almost 3000 km away from Hamburg. Other botanicals vary from Coriander to Juniper and from Rosemary to Lavender and produce a beautiful, floral and citrusy Gin, that delivers a southern delight. Truly a refreshing and interesting take on the <em>New Western Dry Gin</em>. Summer in a bottle!</p>
