<p>Bold and boutique Highlander.</p><p>The <em>Glencadam Distillery</em> is a very <em>old</em> and very<em> focused </em>Whisky maker. They’ve been around since <em>1825</em>, and they produce one Malt Whisky ranging from 10 to 21 years old. Some of them also end up in <em>Ballantine’s blends</em>! The main philosophy of Glencadam is quality over quantity and they produce only <em>1.5 million </em>liters of Whisky each year, and they mature it in <em>ex-Bourbon casks</em>, Port pipes, or barrels that held Oloroso Sherry, depending on the Whisky’s age. They don’t chill-filter their Scotch and shun all fakery when it comes to the color and flavor.</p><p><em>The Glencadam 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky</em> is a proud Highlander, a “boutique” and chic expression that delivers a fruity nose, a spicy palate and a chocolatey finish.</p>
