<p>Golden nectar from the Scottish Highlands. </p><p>In the 1730s, a brewery was built in the Scottish Highlands, namely on <em>the Morangie Farm, </em>and a hundred years later, it was refurbished into a distillery we all know and love: <em>Glenmorangie. </em>Their Spirits are not created equal – they are raised as aristocrats. The water comes from <em>the pristine spring of Tarlogie</em> and the magic that happens is a result of a teamwork of sixteen men, affectionately known as <em>the Sixteen Men of Tain. </em>These knights of Whisky distill the potion in the tallest stills in Scotland, creating a lighter and more refined Whisky. </p><p>This very bottle is <em>the epitome of class and quality. </em>It’s aged for at least a decade in ex-Bourbon barrels and after that, it’s double-barreled for extra two years in upscale casks that used to hold sweet French wine Sauternes, which makes it as ritzy as F. Scott Fitzgerald’s diamond. The voluptuous<em> “Nectar of Gold” </em>is creamy and sweet and it earned a score of<em> 95/100 </em>from Wine Enthusiast, and <em>94 points </em>from the legendary Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible. Oh, and the gold medal at IWSC in 2017. It’s decadently splendid and every home bar should have it.</p>
