Great punchy Malbec fruit, refined and classy. Full bodied with a good concentration of cherry flavours. Some tannins and will benefit from a year in the cellar or decanting upon opening.The grapes come from a 98 acre vineyard, located in the Uco Valley, which is over 3,600 feet above sea level. The soils are sandy and the water comes from the snow of the Andes Mountains by irrigation. All these exceptional conditions allow a perfect ripening of the grapes.Food Match: Grilled ribeye steak,sirloin with garlic butter, or beef empanadas. Charcuterie meats.
