It is a complex and elegant wine that impresses with its accentuated minerality. There, where no vineyards are expected, we have been producing our own wine since 2008 – the northernmost winery of Italy. Our farm’s biodiversity is our number one priority; therefore we produce a great variety of apples, stone fruits and table grapes. On an area of 0.85 hectares, the grape vine varieties Bronner and Regent thrive; from these we press wines of an excellent quality. The grapes are exclusively vinified in our own cellar. Since 1991 we have been working using solely organic biological methods. We belong to the Bioland association and are controlled by ABCERT.
