It is produced following a method of artisanal distillation through the use of copper alembic with discontinuous cycle steam boilers. A barricaded grappa that ages for many years in oak barrels, in the underground cellars of the Poli Distilleries.</p><p>A distillate with a pale amber color, characterized by a somewhat particular flavor that recalls a tray of cream puffs surrounded by cashew nuts.
