<p>Grappa Nonino Riserva rests for 18 months in barriques and small casks, a natural aging in the Nonino Cellars under seal and permanent surveillance by the Customs and Monopolies Agency.</p><p>Aging modifies its sensory profile, both through the action of oxygen that passes through the porosity of the wood itself, and through the substances that the wood slowly releases to the product, enriching it.</p><p>Carefully selected Friulian pomace is used, harvested fresh and soft and perfectly destemmed. Discontinuous distillation with the cutting of the heads and tails, in a steam copper alembic. An excellent, delicate and persistent distillate.</p><p>Clear and amber in color with elegant golden reflections. It amazes with hints of vanilla, pastry, notes of chocolate and spices. Rich velvety and enveloping sensation on the palate.</p>
