<p>:Approach based on Grappa Trentina and a variety of lupine grown in Anterivo, a small mountain village in South Tyrol at an altitude of 1200 metres.This variety is called “Caffè di Anterivo”, a rare and appreciated local speciality, both botanically and culturally, originally used as a substitute for imported coffee and grown by only a few farmers.Popularly known as the “Sweet Lupino of Anterivo”, it reaches a height of 1.20 m, has blue flowers and yellow seeds, its pods are velvety to the touch and the roasted powder has a hazelnut aroma.
