<p>:Grüner Veltliner is a rarity in South Tyrol, found only in the Eisack Valley. This grape is grown in the southernmost locations of the wine estate. The special soil conditions produce a particularly minerally, well-structured wine, rich in finesse. A sparklingly straw-yellow wine with olive tones that has a fruity scent with a peppery note.l It is fresh and juicy in taste.Grape variety:Grüner Veltliner – Valle Isarco South Tyrol DOC Alto Adige.Production area:Renon – Atzwang/Campodazzo, South Tyrol – southeast-facing slopes at approx. 450 m a.s.l., which enjoy the influence of the warm winds from the Bolzano valley basin. A careful eye and caring hands ensure that the quality wines flourish in the southernmost reaches of the Eisack Valley. Red wine grapes grow on the sunny, terraced, south-facing slopes of volcanic origin; white varieties thrive in the airy southeast-facing locations. The Ebner quality wines from the Eisack Valley are largely trained on a 40-year-old pergola system, whose root system ensures that the grapes are ideally supplied with nutrients even in dry periods and their vitality is maintained through gentle pruning.
