Grapes are hand-picked, naturally fermented, and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur, producing delicate, mineral, and fresh wines. The Cabernet Franc comes from terraced vineyards at Zavrh, 250-350m elevation, on marine sediment soils. Vines face south and are about 8 years old. Since 2011, the vineyards have been farmed biodynamically.
