Our 8th Edition is based on the wonderful Pinot Year that is 2019.It was a cooler and longer ripening season than in 2018 and gives this wine a more elegant and focussed structure. The pronouced Pinot chararcter is already giving lovely toastey complexity which will continue to build over the next few years. Enjoy on relaese but will also reward further ageing.Pinot MeunierOur first release of pure Pinot Meunier highlights the variety’s gentle florals, soft texture and distinctive saline edge. Fermented mostly in stainless steel with a small portion in oak, it has an elegant, feather light palate with a moreish, savoury finish. The balance is already striking, and its subtle complexity will continue to build beautifully with time.
