<p>Harrow and Hope Brut Rosé 2020Abv: 12% 750mlFermented using natural ambient yeast in 500-litre oak puncheons, this wine has a similar bright pink/salmon colour as Harrow & Hope’s normal Rosé but comes with a lovely dark cherry nose and some subtle spice from the oak. It has some real depth and intensity, as the pure Pinot gives the palate a lovely compact and dense middle that drives to a very long finish.
