Seven years is a LONG time in the Caribbean sun, and that effort <em>should be enjoyed straight.</em> From there, if you have your heart set on a cocktail, skip the blended Daiquiris and go for something like a <em>Rumhattan or Rum Fashioned</em> so the flavor of the aged Spirit can be appreciated.</p>
