<p>All expressions in the Height of Arrows Gin range are stripped back to the core, featuring juniper, sea salt and beeswax, lending layers of texture and full bodied flavour to the gin. Funk was inspired by Smreka, a lemonade substitute, made in the Balkans by fermenting juniper. And so this gin is made by naturally fermenting juniper in a mix of sea salt and lemons.</p>
