Fresh meadow-like aromas and sweet strawberries at first, perfectly balanced with the tartness of hibiscus, elevating flavours of cranberry and pomegranate, even though they aren’t in the recipe!</p><p>Our flavoured gins here at Hensol Castle are to be appreciated by the classic gin drinker.
