<p>The spy that will liberate your palate is here.</p><p><em>Hercules Mulligan </em>was created with <em>sophisticated free thinkers</em> in mind. The complex character was built for inquisitive palates that wish to unlock secret aromas and decypher flavors of mystery. Our inspiration was the eponymous<em> tailor-spy of the American Revolution</em> who plied British officers with his gift of gab and fine Spirits into giving away sensitive information, some of which <em>saved George Washington twice.</em> Why is he inspiring? Because he stood for something, he was brave enough to go through with it, and because without him, there would probably be no independent America.</p><p><em>Hercules Mulligan Rum & Rye</em> encapsulates the <em>clandestine and complex character </em>with its carefully selected ingredients. <em>American Rye Whiskeys</em> were married with aged<em> Caribbean Rum</em> before they were joined by macerated fresh organic ginger from Brooklyn. To make the potion rich and audacious, we added a dash of bespoke bitters – an honest-to-God ingredient that adds the idea of a bittersweet life. The Spirit was bottled at <em>43%</em> ABV and when<em> the first 2,000 bottles sold out in a flash</em>, we knew we had something powerful, flavorful and rare. <em>Welcome to the revolution.</em></p>
