Typical mash bills include high-rye recipes (around 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) and lower-rye complements, giving balance between sweetness and spice.</p><p>After blending, the whiskey is proofed to 92 (46% ABV) and bottled without chill filtration. The result is bright and balanced—caramel, vanilla, and sweet corn layered with cinnamon, orange peel, and rye spice—finishing smooth and lightly oaky. A portion of proceeds supports the American Prairie Reserve, a wildlife conservation project in Montana.</p>
