<p>Product DetailThe mission of Hunt & Gather is to seek out and bring to light rare barrels and lost batches of beautifully matured spirits from acclaimed distilleries. Our inaugural Lot 1 is a 15 year old straight bourbon that was distilled in 2005 at one of Kentuckys oldest and most respected distilleries. The whiskey is made from a mash fo 79% corn, 13% rye and 8% malted barley. It was aged in 53-gallon, new American oak barrels.
