<p>Jacky Marteau “La Chipie” Touraine-Chenonceaux, Loire, France, 2023 Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 30 year old vines, 19ha of south-facing vineyards on flint and pebble soils overlooking the river Cher, yield of 60hl/ha, skin maceration for 2/3 of the cuvée for 6 hours, 9 months on lees, 24 months of ageing in tank (stainless steel) before bottling, unoaked.Ludivine, daughter of Jacky Marteau, is the winemaker of “La Chipie” at the domaine which is located in Pouillé.Complex aromas of white flowers, citrus and ripe fruits.
