<p>Emmanuel Lassaigne draws on chalk-rich parcels in Montgueux—Chardonnay from Le Cotet and Pinot Noir from Marivat—to craft this Brut Nature. Chardonnay is foot-tread, Pinot Noir sees a short maceration, and fermentations are spontaneous, with élevage in older barrels and minimal sulfur; bottling is unfined and unfiltered. The result is a precise, chalk-driven Champagne with citrus lift, a subtle red-fruited savor, and a dry, saline finish. </p><p>1 btl per customer, arrives late September 2025.</p>
