<p> Jean-Luc Pasquet L’Organic 10 Cognac Grande Champagne (70CL, 40.0% Vol.)</p><p> The new concept of organic cognac is masterfully created by Jean-Luc Pasquet with the L’OrganicGrande Champagne series.</p><p> It is a Grande Champagne Cognac, classified Premier Cru, whose wines were harvested and distilled in double heating in the terroir of Eraville, a small village nestled at the foot of limestone slopes, one of the essential conditions of quality.</p><p><p> Aging in French oak barrels lasted 10 years to reach this exceptional level.</p></p><p> The vineyard, cultivated mainly with Ugni Blanc grapes with a few areas of Folle Blanche, is cultivated according to the organic farming regulations.</p><p><p> The dress is light Cuban mahogany</p></p><p> On the nose and palate: broad aromatic palette on white flowers such as spring hawthorn or linden with a small stem of violet followed by more structured aromas and flavors such as cinnamon, spices (white and gray peppers), ginger and musk with a nice length in the mouth on woody vanilla and mocha.</p><p><p> An all-round cognac, on dark chocolate cakes but also as a long drink on ice cubes or with simple or citrus fruit shakes.</p>
