It has quite a high percentage of rye in the mash bill. On the nose subtle vanilla, spice, pine forests, toasted oak and lemon zest with hints of toffee. There are sweet sticky pudding and caramelized fruit in the background. The nose is straight forward and toasty. The palate is very spicy with toasted oak with a mint freshness and hints of pepper.
